The school held a Party Committee meeting to study the overall work for the autumn semester opening in Conference Room 1627 of the Comprehensive Building at 9:00 a.m. on August 20, 2026. Zhou Shujun, Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhang Yong, President, Wang Guojun, Executive President, Li Ying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Xiao Li, Vice President and Zhang Hongyuan, Vice President attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhou Shujun.

At the meeting, members of the Party Committee discussed and studied various matters concerning the fall semester opening, including student return and orientation, teaching affairs conferences, logistical support, personnel matters, and safety work. All attendees unanimously agreed to implement the tasks according to their respective divisions of responsibility, with particular emphasis on ensuring safety.

Party Committee Secretary Zhou Shujun emphasized that all members of the Party Committee should attend the fall semester teaching affairs conference to provide on-site guidance for all opening-related work. Each responsible leader and department should take full responsibility for their respective areas to ensure the normal operation of teaching and daily life on campus. Party Committee members should conduct separate visits and inspections to investigate and compile reports on the progress of all opening-related work.
