林嘉琪,女,2000年3月出生,助教,硕士研究生,毕业于吉林农业大学粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专业,现就职于吉林师范大学博达学院食品科学与工程学院,讲授《食品生物化学》《考研专业课专项辅导》等课程,主要研究方向:玉米精深加工与资源利用。
